Your love is the answer!

When something is done sincerely and with love, it always makes things better.

The kind words of encouragement from a teacher. The gentle touch of a nurse at the bedside. A meal prepared and shared together. The exaltation of voices raised in song and prayer.

These are a few of the things your love does for the people served by the ministries of the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate, here in Canada and in Ukraine.

It’s thanks to your love that more than 100 children fleeing the full-scale invasion of Ukraine have been welcomed into the Immaculate Heart of Mary School family. Tuition, school supplies, uniforms and other resources have been – and continue to be –provided by generous donors like you across the province.

Thanks to your love, fun and enriching activities like Paint Night, musical performances, and field trips for ice cream make living at Holy Family Home more comfortable.

And for many vulnerable girls in Ukraine, your love has literally saved their lives. With nowhere else to go, and no families to rely on, they find their way to Home of Hope in Lviv, where they learn, slowly but surely, to trust and to love – each other and themselves.

It seems almost too simple, but love really is the answer. We are grateful for yours.
